Service Delivery & Activation Policy

After making payment, the student or parent shares their payment confirmation details via WhatsApp (+91 8149151983). The admin team manually verifies the payment and activates the account.

Activation target: Our team aims to verify, approve and activate the account within one minute after payment confirmation details reach our designated support channel (WhatsApp +91 8149151983). Our support team is staffed 24×7.

Platform access is granted only after admin approval. Payment alone does not trigger automatic access. Activation confirmation is sent manually via WhatsApp to the student's registered number, showing the activation date and subscription expiry date.

Payments are currently accepted via a Razorpay payment link (rzp.io/rzp/0gTFuJpN). After payment, share your payment confirmation with our admin team via WhatsApp for manual verification.

Important: The Razorpay payment link is a separate third-party hosted page. Completing payment on that page does not automatically activate your account — manual admin verification is still required. A fully automated Razorpay integration (with server-side webhook and automated activation) is planned but is not yet active.

Access is granted for 365 days from the date of admin activation(not from the date of payment).

Renewal: Customer-initiated only. Renewing an active (unexpired) subscription adds 365 days to the existing expiry date; it does not shorten or restart your current access period. For an expired subscription, renewal starts a fresh 365-day term from the new activation date.

Referral bonus days: Bonus days earned through referrals are added on top of the existing expiry date. They do not start a new paid term or reset the annual credit allowance.

Credits are used to submit doubt queries. The system works as follows:

• On activation: 5 credits granted immediately.
• Daily grant: 5 credits added at midnight IST on each day of the paid annual term, including days without login.
• Accumulation: Unused credits accumulate within the paid annual term and can be used together (no daily usage cap).
• Annual cap: Maximum 1,825 credits per paid annual term.
• No carry-forward: Unused credits at the end of a paid term do not carry into the next renewal term.
• Early renewal: Does not reset current credit balance. New cycle begins when the existing term ends.
• Referral-only bonus periods: Remaining credits may be used during referral bonus days, but no new daily credits are granted during bonus-only periods. A referral does not trigger a new annual credit allowance.

Current balance is visible in the student dashboard.

• Practice tests and exam preparation materials
• Competitions, achievements and leaderboard features
• Weekly parent reports (manually compiled and sent via WhatsApp by the admin team)

Study With Concepts Olympiad: Participation requires separate event-specific registration and fees, subject to the event terms published at the time of that registration. The Olympiad fee is not included in the learning subscription.

One active login session per student at a time. Starting a new session on another device ends the previous session automatically.
