Study With Concepts is an online learning platform for students in Classes 1–10, offering AI-assisted doubt solving, answer-sheet grading, practice tests, and manually compiled weekly parent reports for Mathematics and Science.

Parent reports are compiled and sent manually by the admin team via WhatsApp. Automated report delivery has not yet been implemented.

Registration for the Study With Concepts Olympiad requires separate event-specific fees and is governed by the event terms published at the time of registration. The Olympiad fee is not included in the learning subscription.

Duration: 365 days from the date of admin activation following verified payment. Access begins only after manual admin approval — payment alone does not trigger automatic access.

Activation process: After payment, share your payment confirmation details via WhatsApp (+91 8149151983). The admin team manually verifies the payment and activates the account. Our team aims to complete verification and activation within one minute after payment confirmation details reach our designated support channel. Support is staffed 24×7. Activation confirmation is sent manually via WhatsApp.

Renewal: Customer-initiated only. No automatic debit, recurring mandate or standing instruction is set up. Renewing an active (unexpired) subscription extends the existing expiry date by 365 days; it does not shorten remaining access. For an expired subscription, renewal starts a fresh 365-day term from the new activation date.

Pricing: The current annual launch offer is ₹1,499. Future purchase and renewal prices may change; existing purchased terms are not affected by future price changes. All applicable taxes (if any) and the total amount payable will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Taxes: SWC EDTECH SOLUTIONS has applied for GST registration; the GSTIN application is pending. A GSTIN has not yet been issued. No GSTIN is displayed and no GST-specific tax claims are made at this time. Once registration is confirmed and a GSTIN is issued, it will be disclosed here and on invoices.

One student per subscription. Credentials may not be shared. One active device session at a time per account.

The AI Doubt Solver uses a credit system. Credits work as follows:

• On activation: 5 credits are granted immediately when the paid subscription is activated.
• Daily grant: 5 additional credits are granted at midnight IST on each day of the paid annual term, including days without login.
• Accumulation: Unused credits accumulate within the same paid annual term and may be used together. There is no daily cap on usage, only on the daily grant.
• Annual cap: A maximum of 1,825 credits are granted per paid annual term (5 on activation + 364 × 5 daily = 1,825).
• Term expiry: Unused credits do not carry forward into the next paid annual term. At the start of each renewal term, the cycle restarts with the activation grant.
• Early renewal: Renewing early does not reset or reduce the current term's remaining credit balance. The new cycle begins when the existing term ends.
• Referral bonus days: Referral-only bonus periods (days beyond the 365-day paid term earned via referral) permit continued use of any remaining credits but grant no new daily credits. A referral does not trigger a new annual credit allowance.

The current credit balance is visible in the student dashboard.

A verified referral earns bonus access days:

• Referrer: +60 extra access days per successful verified referral.
• Referred student: +15 extra access days, credited on verified paid activation.

Annual limit: Up to 12 successful referrals in each successive 12-month period anchored to the referrer's first paid activation date. Bonus days and early renewals do not change that annual reset date.

Eligibility: Signup alone does not qualify. Verified paid activation of the referred student is required. Each unique student may be referred only once. Duplicate accounts, self-referrals and referrals tied to refunded payments are ineligible. Rewards are reversed if the associated payment is refunded.

Bonus days extend the subscription period and do not start a new 365-day paid term or a new annual credit cycle.

Students must not share login credentials, exam questions, or system-graded results in a manner that provides an unfair advantage to others. Accounts found sharing credentials or engaging in fraudulent activity may be suspended. Such suspension does not override applicable rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Platform-original content — including original question sets, platform code and materials created by SWC EDTECH SOLUTIONS — is the property of SWC EDTECH SOLUTIONS. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access this content during their active subscription period only.

Content sourced from or based on licensed or third-party materials remains subject to the original licence terms. No claim of exclusive ownership is made over such materials. Third-party intellectual property rights are preserved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, without prejudice to any statutory remedies available to you under Indian consumer protection law.
